Varje fredag håller Cradlenet temamöten med och för våra medlemmar i avslappnad presentationsform. Under mötena får ni höra experter, forskare och företag berätta om det senaste inom cirkulär ekonomi och efter presentationerna får medlemmarna möjlighet att ställa frågor till talarna eller diskutera annat de känner för. Vi börjar även varje möte med några cirkulära nyheter från Sverige och omvärlden.

Veckans tema: Established in November 2024, the Circular Economy Taskforce is an independent advisory group supporting the UK government in developing England's first circular economy strategy. Chaired by Andrew Morlet, former CEO of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the taskforce comprises experts from academia, industry, and environmental organizations, including Professor David Greenfield from the University of Brighton.

Its objectives include stimulating investment in technologies and infrastructure to enhance resource efficiency, creating green jobs, and accelerating the transition to net-zero emissions. The strategy aims to drive economic growth, bolster supply chain security, and contribute to the UK's Industrial Strategy and Carbon Budget Delivery Plan.

In this session David will outline the work of the taskforce and have a discussion with participants about how England can find best practice in the Nordics.
